Emaari Abayas® – Exchange Policy
At Emaari Abayas®, each piece is released in limited quantities. To maintain exclusivity and quality standards, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- You need a different size or color
- The product does not match your fit or style preference
Exchange Fee: ₹350
(Includes reverse pickup and re-shipping charges)
Conditions for Exchange
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory — it must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits
- Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible
Processing Time
Once approved, exchanges are completed within 2–3 weeks
